This BEACH towel is so small it fit in a 9in x 12in plastic bag! You can see the size of the towel. Even rolled up as small as it was, it still was only 2 1/2 in thick. This is no thicker than a linen dish towel and would be useless at a beach or pool. This was supposed to be a gift for an eight-year old but it’s not even sufficient for a child.In addition, they sent a completely different design and fabric content than was pictured. This was a definite return.

To call this piece of cloth a beach towel is laughable. To charge $20 for it is insulting. It’s incredibly thin. If you were to fold up an average bathroom hand towel and this beach towel side by side they would be the same size. Within five minutes of opening the box I was printing a return label. The towel I received looks NOTHING like the picture. It is still a Pittsburgh Penguins beach towel but looks like a totally different item located on Amazon. Perhaps the picker picked the wrong item? I’m still a fan and so I kept the towel.

I can’t believe how cheap the material is. The towel is very thin and the graphic side looks like it was sprayed on. I expect to see it start to come out in the first wash. I’ll try to remember to update this for how it does hold up over time. I was very tempted to ask for a refund as it is not worth $20.

Surprisingly good quality for the price. After several washings and using at pool side (drying off chorlinated water), it still comes out of the dryer feeling very soft.

When you wash this towel your whole house will be covered in red and blue lint. I have never seen a towel shed this much. Horrible quality. I wish I can get my money back. So disappointed. And it’s not cheap to shed like this.

If I could’ve given less than one star, I would have. I was shocked and appalled at the poor quality of this towel. I bought this and another as gifts for my hockey fan nephews, but the towels were so thin and felt like they’d fall apart in my hands that I returned them immediately. Given the price, I expected much better.

To call this piece of cloth a beach towel is laughable. To charge $20 for it is insulting. It’s incredibly thin. If you were to fold up an average bathroom hand towel and this beach towel side by side they would be the same size. Within five minutes of opening the box I was printing a return label. I’ll get him something else with his team logo on it.
