3 stars because Ball cap was sent in a plastic bag and smushed flat as a pancake. When i have ordered baseball hats from other sites, theyre shipped in a small cardboard box to maintain shape and not break down the cap structure. I have medium-sized womans head and new era 9Twenty, one-size fits best; not like mens versions that are too big and push my ears down. Mightve given 5⭐️ if shipping package didnt totally flatten out the cap

Packaged poorly with the crown flattened down, creating large wrinkles across the hat. Materials are thin and seem cheaply made. Probably will be thrown out instead of worn. Don’t waste your money.

Great hat. Only wish is that once I bend the brim more in, that the actual hat itself was able to maintain the bend. Also, it loses it’s tightness after tightening. The latch loosens just from one instance of removing the hat after tightening. Then you have to tighten again. Nice looking hat otherwise. Just requires continual reshaping and retightening.

This is the 3rd New Era 9twenty adjustable hat I’ve bought in the last year. This one doesn’t have any reinforcement in the crown at all. So it’s just a thin layer atop the forehead. The others are a bit thicker and retain some shape.
