The New Era 9forty is comfortable and a “relaxed” fit. If you want something that holds structure a bit more, go with the 9twenty. I like the feel of this one and the fact that you can easily roll it up and stick it in your back pocket without worrying its going to lose its form.

I bought this as a replacement for a 47 soft-fitting cap I bought at the beginning of last season. I just opened it and wore it to the gym, and I’m very disappointed in the quality. Compared to last year’s cap, this feels like one of those cheaply-made caps they hand out at ballpark giveaways. I’m debating returning it and getting the brand I got last year. Or just waiting a couple months when I’ll probably have to replace it.

I really wanted a fitted wool hat, but it was unavailable in my size anywhere. I chose this hat because it was like the other one but adjustable and made of cotton. I thought if the hat fit well, I would probably wear the adjustable one more often anyway. It fit well for a 7 3/4 cap size and I’m wearing it often as I thought I might. Great purchase. Would do it all over again.

It came to us flattened in a slim package. There’s a crease in the visor. No structure to this hat like in the photo Amazon Provides. Looks old and mis shaped. So disappointing, not the quality product we are use to from this brand of hat.
