This is a horrible hat. It was a gift for a big Liverpool fan and I was so embarrassed when I finally received it in the mail. The stitching is absolutely horrendous. It doesn’t even look remotely correct. I would never recommend anyone to buy this.

There must be 2 versions of this hat. I bet they changed their production process or factory at some point. The pictures – including some user images – show a much bolder red Liverbird (the one that is embroidered on the front of the cap) with really sharp stitching and a matte grey large Liverbird on the bill of the hat that appears dyed onto the fabric. The one I received has a poorly embroidered red Liverbird and the grey portion looks like its heat pressed vinyl and has a shiny finish that I don’t much care for. Still, from a normal distance the hat looks just fine but I expected better.
