What’s not to love? It’s a buildable NY Rangers emblem! Just like a lego, there were clear instructions on each page going step by step. Actually each side of each page had 2 steps, but it was clear what to do. If you know how to build a lego, you can easily build this, somewhat like a puzzle. These pieces are tiny, so I wouldn’t recommend it for kids that don’t have good fine motor skills. I also definitely wouldn’t build it around toddlers who like to put things in their mouth, but I’m thinking most kids who follow the Rangers (or any team) are old enough to know the difference. My 11 year old and I did it because he got a bit bored of it (it is tedious) but I had my eye on the prize-the finished emblem to display on our mantel, since we’re huge NYR fans! I think this would make a great gift for an adult who has just about everything (or teenager) and has a favorite team they follow. I wanted to note that this came with several additional pieces, which was smart because they’re so small & you can easily lose more than one. I recommend setting it up in a place you don’t have to keep moving around if you don’t have time (2-3 hours?) or the attention span to finish in one sitting. And definitely don’t vaccuum around there until it’s complete! 😉 We love it!

Much smaller than I thought it was going to be, about the size of a deck of cards. Lots of little pieces so don’t get this for a younger kid.It is a nice little gift fir a Stars fan.

I’ve built a few BRXLZ products before so I know what I am getting into. The pieces are small, the instructions can be difficult to understand, and your hands will likely get cramped but the end result is satisfying. The Washington Capitals logo was no exception and looks nice in my memorabilia collection. Not all the bricks fit tightly so when looking up close you can see some gaps. There is always something enjoyable about putting brick products together.

I love it! It sits in the center of my Preds shelf. The pieces are seriously tiny.

This product is a complete waste of money. The instructions show two-pronged pieces being used, but the inventory list does not show two-pronged pieces and the set didn’t include any either. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw away your money on a totally useless item.

The product itself is nice but small. I deducted 2 stars because this was delivered completely smashed. The packaging destroyed and flattened, luckily the pieces are in a bag or this would have been a mess. It is a gift so we need to try and fix the packaging as best we can.

Fun time putting this together. What do you have next?

I figured I’d hit two of his passions by gifting him this Stars Lego-type set.He was so excited when he opened this!He then started to put it together… only the instructions are terrible and the bricks are tiny. So tiny that you can’t do anything with them. Like you need a tweezer to handle them.I gave this set to him as part of his birthday present in early Nov. He gave up in absolute frustration, and I’ve NEVER seen him give up on something like this. He said they’re nothing like Legos, and I quote, “Those things are terrible.”

Didn’t realize it was so small! Other than that it was a fun build but I did have a ton of extra random pieces left over and was short 3 or 4 of the pieces that I actually needed but was able to make it work.
Dc –
Really cool looking when finished, was extremely frustrating and time consuming building!

Needs better directions

Several pieces were missing. Very disappointing for my grandson!

Was a birthday present for my husband. He loved it and put it together the day it shipped in.

The pieces are VERY small. Like 1/8 of the size of legos.

👍

The instruction pictures are tiny and don’t have words. It also doesn’t tell you which pieces to use in which sections, leaving you counting the tiny dots to figure out what piece to use. I’m not even 100% sure all the pieces are included but I gave up out of frustration quickly.

Do not buy this. It doesn’t come with any white 2 peg bricks so you can’t build it. It was a total waste of money. I bought it for a Christmas present and when my daughter tried to put together last week the instructions and pieces do not match the picture
Amy K –
Couple the tiniest pieces imaginable with no step by step instructions, and you get a disaster for any hockey-loving kid you were hoping to surprise. Surprise! This thing sucks.
Mandy –
This is awesome. My boyfriend grew up playing with logos and even though he’s older, he still loved it.
Kandy –
Very detailed and tiny parts
Dario –
Had fun with this. Just be careful, pieces are small.
Jan –
So much fun
Kari Samuel –
Fun and fabulous
Paula Sobolewski –
Diabolical No way a 61/2 year old could ever construct this even with parental help Directions horrible graphics terrible Not even fun for an adult

Was a Christmas present for my Penguin-fan son.
Amazon Customer –
Horrible! Absolutely ridiculous tells you to use a 2 prong piece and there are NONE included. Waste of money.
Jo Ann Mcbride –
Birthday gift for son, he will love it.
Kristen –
This arrived open with loose pieces. Piece of crap.
Kimberly –
really easy to do and fun

I actually got this for Father’s Day and it was originally bought from NHLshop.com but this is the only place to leave a review on this sorry product and I need to get some things off my chest.1. The manufacturer did not pack the very important and necessary 1×2 white bricks. After an email exchange, they happily sent the bricks necessary to build the puzzle.2. The manufacturer did not account for the 1×2 white bricks in the piece count in the directions.3. The directions call for about 6 1×2 white bricks in step 1 and about 90% of the rest of the directions4. When you’re done, there’ll be a whole mess of all kinds of extra bricks. Makes you wonder why they missed the ones needed for the build.5. Also left out of the directions was step #29. After another email exchange, the manufacturer send a PDF of the revised and complete instructions (they added in the previously omitted 1×2 bricks to the piece count too)6. The design of this puzzle is bad. There are pieces that aren’t even securely attached to other pieces and completely rely on the finished puzzle never moving or risk those pieces just sliding right off, never to be found again. There are many other pieces that are simply attached by just one peg, when using a larger piece in the same place would have been much more secure.5. I finally got it built. It’s cool but absolutely not worth the inconveniences and set backs

If all the instructions are like the one I’ve got to put up my work’s display of these stupid things, don’t. Like with most lego type sets, it gives you instructions on how to put it together and a list of pieces you should have. No where on that list of pieces is there a two pronged white piece but don’t tell the instructions that! It believes you got a butt ton of 2 pronged pieces.
Corrie –
This kit was a gift purchased in December. He is just getting around to putting it together and the very first piece required is not in the kit. If you look at where the pen is pointed to that double headed piece that is what’s needed to start the build. When you look at the legend that says how many of what size pieces the piece needed to start the build isn’t even listed. So not only was this a waste of money since you cannot even put it together it was a waste of a gift bc it cannot be used. Don’t waste your time or money!
Roxy –
Bought this on the NHL’s website. My biggest issue is that the instructions are absolutely terrible. The size of the pieces doesn’t really bother me, it is definitely not something that you would want small children around. Ages 6 and up, yea right. What a waste of money.
Tam –
Didn’t include all pieces. Disappointed. Sad I spent money on it.
Brenna –
As others have said, you can’t even build this because the set doesn’t include the 2 prong white pieces required for the first step of the puzzle. It would be great if they could post either revised instructions or send dissatisfied customers the correct pieces. Sorely disappointed.
Amazon Customer –
This product is BS. There are no two-pronged white pieces, but you need them to build it. Doesn’t make any sense at all
Matthew –
Literally impossible to build… instruction booklet calls for two pronged pieces but none are included
Roonietoonie918 –
The instructions are horrible. It keeps telling you to use a 2 pronged white piece when there are not included.
Gina Jacobs –
Awesome
Brenda W –
I was expecting something close to regular Lego size but this is SO MUCH SMALLER! It’s much smaller than I was expecting but I’m sure my son’s not going to care!
DoubleDown –
Bought 2 of these for my 8 year old and 10 year old. Very cool! The pieces are tiny though, and kids have a hard time with the small pieces. Actually I had a hard time with the small pieces as well…
Chris –
Impossible small pieces and hard to follow instructions. Gave up after step 1!
