Beautiful mug! The colors are bright and crisp. The words and symbol are prominently displayed. Got this for a friend of mine that’s a Manchester United nut! Can’t wait to give it to him in September. Only down side is it isn’t microwaveable or dishwasher safe.

Hi, I tried looking for a way to message you privately instead of leaving a negative comment. I went ahead and used this cup, but only after the 2nd use, the ceramic cracked at the rim of the cup while in the dishwasher. For a $17 cup this was made of very poor quality. My Fiancee who is a huge MU fan was disheartened as this was a unique gift I had bought for him. It would have been nice if your description detailed that this cup is not dishwasher safe.
