NHL New York Islanders Performance Rash Guard Base Layer Long Sleeve Shirt

Gave this Kraken Team shirt to my son for Christmas. He liked it but it was too big. I reordered it and that size fits just fine.

I liked this product. I’m a pretty active guy, so these types of dri-fit shirts are really useful. I love how this product feels against the skin during a workout. There’s too many cotton based shirts so props to these types of manufacturers. My only problem with this shirt is how its portrayed in the picture. In the cuffs are more tight and rounded to the wrist. in reality, this product has no cuff shrink as it gets more to the wrist which was a big let down.

It’s just fit to my size. It feels comfortable and stretchy. The colors and design are great. It’s cool and relaxed on the body. It’s durable and long living fabrics. Overall , I like it.

Length of shirt and sleeves are good but the neck is huge. Good value but giant neck hole is disappointing.

This shirt is very nice and well made! The material is pleasant and comfortable, almost like dry wick which won’t wrinkle. I wear a large and got a large, and this is pretty true to size. The graphic on the front is bright and vibrant, and overall just looks good!The only thing I don’t like about it is the collar…it’s a little wider than most shirts of this type of material, which tend to fit snugger in that area. This fits more like a runner’s shirt (if you are familiar with those) and I personally am not a big fan of that. Not a huge deal, but when you sweat in it, it can make the shirt look like someone pulled you by the collar LOL. This is again, a matter of personal preference, though.Overall the shirt is nice and it would be great to wear in pretty much any kind of weather, as the material is generous in keeping you cool on hot days and a little insulated on cooler days.

Wear large and ordered so. Fits great, and no chafing. Looks good, doesn’t shrink and upon visual inspection all seams and stitching in good order.

This Kraken shirts seems to be larger than most shirts in this size. So I probably won’t be wearing it out isn public, but will be wearing it a lot at home.

Runs a little large, but nice shirt. NY Rangers shirt is the only one to buy.

Probably the softest, most comfortable shirt I currently own. Fit excellent, and although shirts are usually to short for me, this one has ample length and room around the chest. The arms were the perfect length. I am usually a cotton guy, but what ever combination of synthetic materials this is, its just great. Super soft, and almost slippery. My one complaint is that it does get a litlle sticky when I’m sweating. The silk screen is great and is holding up well, and has not shrunk at all after repeated washes. Although it is a little expensive, that’s just the price you pay to have official NHL gear i guess. Overall i really like this shirt and will be a little more open to the synthetic materials after getting this.

Well made shirt at a pretty fair price considering it’s officially NHL licensed (not a knockoff product). It’s completely tagless, the fabric is super soft against the skin and lightweight enough that even though it’s long sleeved it feels like it’ll remain cool even in the heat. The fabric has some stretch to it. Overall well made, no major issues with construction, a few threads here and there that weren’t trimmed properly but nothing out of the ordinary with most shirts. The logo is silkscreened but the silkscreening is good quality and not the super thick/stiff silkscreening you get on the cheap stuff that cracks almost immediately.Medium fits well on my average frame, about 6′ tall. it’s a bit longer than I personally prefer but it doesn’t look strange or anything.

This NHL performance shirt is good quality and I’m mostly happy with the fit.The material is a polyester/spandex fabric that is very stretchy and it feels odd to me. I’d wear this at home as a pajama top but I’m not comfortable with it in public as the sleeves are a bit too long for me. I’m not sure why but the sleeves hang down over my hands even though it appears to fit fine. The logo looks and feels like good quality, I’m hoping it’ll hold up over many washes.Overall a good quality shirt but the fit isn’t fit me.

This NHL Mens Performance Rash Guard Base Layer Long Sleeve Shirt is really nice, light, soft jersey with a perfect neck. An XL fits a plus size female quite nicely. It is not overly showy, just a perfect, breathable, long sleeved Leaf’s top. Would buy again!

If you have an athletic body then this shirt will look super cool. The material is soft and does not itch. It is very comfortable and the logo is another extra. It is very well impregnated on the shirt. I’ve washed it several times and it’s still the same.What I do recommend is to wash the garment with cold water and place “delicate option” in your washing machine. And in the dryer the same, nothing very hot. Place it in delicate and the product will be preserved for a long time.

This may be a rash guard to wear underclothing, but it’s also a really nice long-sleeve shirt for warmer weather. Made of a blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex, this shirt does have some stretch to it, and it feels softer than cotton. The look and fit are wonderful, and it’s perfectly fit to size. The print is screened, but it’s not thick at all – thin and flexible, so it works well with this style of thin shirt. At nearly $40, it is expensive, but perfectly in line for a licensed rash guard of this quality.

This is a soft, stretchy but thin long sleeve t-shirt.The logo is “printed” on the front.If you normally take an extra large, you may want to drop a size. With me, there plenty of room and the sleeves are longer than expected.Interesting that there is no usual “Calhoun” patch on the outside [I have 2-3 other Calhourn products and they have it.

This is a comfortable and very stretchy shirt. It has the official NHL holographic tag and the logo printed on it isn’t cracking or peeling even after throwing it in the dryer. My husband is very happy with it and loves how comfortable it is. It fits true to size as well.

Boyfriend loves this shirt. The quality is soft and has moisture wicking fabric. He’s 6’5 and isn’t short on his torso which is a problem he faces sometimes. The arms are a perfect length.

I picked up this shirt for my husband and it looks absolutely great on him. It really does. I ordered it in his typical size and it fits him perfectly. The material is silky smooth and seems like nice quality fabric. The front Kraken logo isn’t overly thick and I would describe it as flexible too. Plus, this shirt has been sent through the wash several times now and it is holding up well to the heated dryer. I don’t have a single thing bad to say about it. It is handsome as heck and I can promise this shirt quickly became one of his favorites. He wears it all the time.

Great fit! I’m 6′ and can weigh anywhere between 210-220 lbs, and the XL is the right fit. It’s loose and I imagine it would still fit if I gained a significant amount of weight. Still, it doesn’t look baggy. Can easily be worn over another layer. The length is right for taller folks. I hate XL shirts that are wide, but show off your belly when you put your arms up. Hopefully the Kraken will be good some day, but as a guy born and raised in Seattle, I’m used to rooting for teams that aren’t necessarily good. Still proud to be a Krakhead!Go Kraken!!!

This is a very comfortable t-shirt. The fabric is smooth and a bit stretchy. The NHL team logo is nicely printed. It runs a bit larger than other t-shirts I have. Other than that it’s pretty much perfect!

I thought the quality of this shirt was amazing. The fabric was top notch. The silk screening of the logo was decently thick with no holes or indications it wouldn’t wear well. It was comfortable to the touch and to wear. The only problem is that it runs big. No one told the manufacturer that this is a shirt supporting a hockey team, not a hockey jersey. I’m 5’11, 186lbs. A large should fit me. I was swimming in this. The shoulder line sat well off my shoulders. My buddy who is an extra large (1 inch shorter and 4lbs heavier) tried it on. It fit him like a glove.Great shirt but size down. I hate that I’m stuck with the wrong size. It’s a great product. Well made. I had to ding it two stars though for failing at getting sizing labels right.

Comfortable long sleeve hockey shirt that’s fits as it should. I have the Avalanche shirt and it looks and feels great.

This shirt fits well and is extremely comfortable. Washes well and is lightweight enough to wear as a base layer or on a warm summer day.

This Calhoun NHL Rash guard performance base layer is one of my favorites. It has a design and size that fits me perfectly. The material is moisture wicking and very breathable yet somewhat thick. The polyester/ Spandex material fits closely to your body and does not feel stiff making it comfortable when you are on the move. I like the maple leafs logo in the middle. It is printed with quality ink and looks very durable. The base layer does not feel hot and provides a nice breathable and comfortable wear for the summer.

This nhl shirt from Calhoun has good fit for most people and the materials seems to be good quality. The shirt is comfortable to wear and logo is nicely pressed on. This shirt will not really keep you warm so it is more suitable for warmer weather. Licensed wear are generally more expensive, and this is also true in this case. I think due to the quality, it is worth it so you can cheer for your team properly.

Very very smooth material.Comfortable to wear.however, the sleeves were too baggy. I don’t think i can wear it in public with the sleeves like that but if you have big arms then its probably fine

I really love both the look and feel of this shirt. I find it quite soft and very comfortable, and being an officially licensed NHL shirt its reasonably priced. I own a number of shirts made by Calhoun and have not had any quality issues with any of them. So far have been very happy with the fit, feel and comfort of this as well.

I love this long sleeve Leafs jersey! It didn’t bring the Leafs much luck during their 1st round exit this season (yet again), but it brought me lots of comfort! It has a high quality feel to it and the size Large fit me perfectly! I haven’t noticed any shrinkage after several washer/dryer cycles. The logo also hasn’t faded at all since I got it. It’s also an officially licensed NHL product. I own several sports shirts and this is my favourite! Highly recommended!

The “NHL Mens Performance Rash Guard Base Layer Long Sleeve Shirt” is a nice quality and very comfortable to wear. It fits as expected and is finished nicely. It washed up alright and was wearable right from the dryer. Not sure about the longevity of the logo as we haven’t had it long enough to finish testing that part. Overall so far, it is comfortable with good fit/as expected and is finished nicely.

The simplicity of this top is what’s most attractive about, I like that’s there not too much going on.The colour is great I really that too.It fits good and it’s comfortable, the fabric is not too heavy but still has good quality.It’s breathable and has good stretch.
